OHIO MART 2008: Call for Exhibitors 

Applications for waiting list only. No additional jewelry exhibitors being considered for 2008.

The Women’s Auxiliary Board of Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens is pleased to invite you to jury for the 42nd annual Ohio Mart. This is a juried invitational show with more than 120 participating exhibitors. This is an outdoor show presented under large tents. Event Dates 
• October 2, 3, 4, and 5, 2008
• Setup is Wednesday, October 1
• $7.00 general public admission

Booth Fees 
• $525 Corner Booth under Tent
• $450 Standard Booth under Tent
• $450 Limited Outside Spaces

Payment 
Upon acceptance to exhibit, a $100 booth deposit is to be returned with a completed, signed contract (sent to you upon acceptance). The balance of your booth fee is due at a later date as noted on the contract and prior to Ohio Mart.

Provided by Ohio Mart 
• One 10 x 10 booth space
• Two 8’ or two 6’ tables; two chairs
• Electricity under tent only
• Booth sitter upon request
• 24 hour security

Juried Show 
• Exhibitors are juried by personal screening or application. 
• All work should be original and of high quality.
• You may download the application here and mail it promptly.

Dress Code 
Business casual dress is mandatory (e.g., khaki or dark slacks/skirt, collared shirt or blouse). Dress for the weather. Note: NO LOGO T-SHIRTS ALLOWED. 

Awards 
Monetary prizes will be given for creativity in design and display. 

Raffle 
A raffle donation valued at $50 is requested of each exhibitor.
