Architectural Restoration
Architectural Restoration and Renovation Consultants, Inc., (ARRC) is a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of Stan Hywet.  ARRC was created to address an ever-increasing need for restoration services.  Homeowners, businesses, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations looking for knowledgeable and experienced project leaders to guide them through the process of restoring their properties will find that ARRC provides the experience and expertise needed to complete a proper historic renovation.

ARRC draws on the experience of highly trained professionals who have played key roles in nationally recognized renovation and restoration projects as well as a team of very qualified contractors.  Projects completed by this team include not only successful restoration projects at Stan Hywet, but also multimillion-dollar construction and renovation projects at the Maryland Zoological Society, Zoo Atlanta, and Norfolk Botanical Garden.  Regional projects of note include The Inn at Brandywine Falls, Aurora Train Station and Town Hall, Hudson Clock Tower, and Tallmadge Olde Town Hall.

To serve multiple restoration, consulting, and reconstruction service needs, ARRC is comprised of two divisions:

Commercial Services Division
Residential Services Division

Our processes for project management include:

* Defining the problems and/or issues
* Identifying the scope of work
* Facilitating the project within the client's best interests
* Overseeing the project from beginning to end
