Upcoming Events/important dates for active members

  • August 21, 6-8pm --> Member Only Night
    The grounds will be open late for members to take a stroll in the gardens during the golden hours of the evening. Additionally, Stan Hywet's Education Team will have a variety of games for members to play. Board games will be staged inside the Manor House, and outdoor lawn games will be held on the Great Meadow and in the Elliptical Garden (weather permitting). No advance registration required - members just need to show their card in the Carriage House Admissions Office on arrival.
  • Early September --> Ohio Mart tickets mailed
    Active members will receive their complimentary Ohio Mart tickets in the mail after Labor Day. Individual and Dual level members receive 2 tickets;  Family and Contributing level members receive 4 tickets. Note:  mailing of tickets will end after September 21. If you have not received your tickets by this date OR if you have a membership expiring in September but have not renewed by this date, your tickets will be available for pick-up in the Admissions Tent during Ohio Mart.
  • October 27 - November 1 --> Member Appreciation Week
    Mark your calendars for a week of special experiences just for members. Experiences include programs with Stan Hywet's Archives and Collections Teams, a take and make fall craft, item giveaways, expanded discounts in Molly's shop, and specialty tours, including a behind-the-scenes walk through the Corbin Conservatory, Greenhouse, and Gardener's Cottage. Dates for specific experiences and any advance registration information coming soon!

Explore the Estate at Your Leisure

Membership includes free self-guided tours of the estate all season during regular admission hours. Come every day if you like to visit our family experience including Playgarden, Homes of Nature, Butterflies of North America and Corbin Conservatory.

Travel Benefits

Your membership allows you access to nearly 300 gardens in the American Horticultural Society reciprocal program. Contributing level members also gain access to over 600 museums in the North American Reciprocal Museum program. Exclusions may apply, so please call ahead to the garden or museum you wish to visit to confirm their admission policies.
