Over 90% of the Museum Collection located in the Manor House is original to Stan Hywet Hall and the Seiberling family.  This includes not only the furniture and decorative arts on display, but clothing and household textiles, sports equipment, personal items and ephemera.

The Special Collections includes rare books, manuscripts, photographs, maps, architectural drawings, prints, audio-visual materials, sound recordings, newspapers, journals and other research materials that are part of the Seiberling legacy.  The archives encompasses inactive records of Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, Inc.
