Hop into spring at Stan Hywet’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt! Families are invited to celebrate with colorful egg hunts for children ages 0–9, spring-themed scavenger hunts for kids ages 10–15, visits with the Easter Bunny, a magic act and balloon twisting, photo ops, the Eggspress ride, and a special visual egg hunt inside the Manor House.
Choose a session and enjoy age-group activities plus time to explore the historic Manor House before the hunts begin. Each session includes multiple hunts for different age groups. All guests (children, parents, older siblings, grandparents, etc.) need a ticket, and you must exit the property at the end of your session.
Egg Hunt Sessions:
Morning Session: 9:00am – 12:00pm **SOLD OUT**
Afternoon Session: 1:30pm – 4:30pm
Parking:
Available in the Main Lot (714 N Portage Path, Akron, OH 44303).
-- When Main Lot fills, guests will be directed an auxiliary lot to park
and free shuttle bus service will be provided.
Important Event Information:
- Egg hunts begin promptly. Please allow extra time to arrive and park, especially if shuttling from the auxiliary lot. This event typically sells out.
- Each timed hunt requires its own ticket. Guests may not stay for the next hunt session beyond their ticketed session.
- Different hunts are offered for different age groups.
- Ticket includes magician, balloon twisting, Easter Bunny visits, and photo ops.
- Molly’s Courtyard Café will be open for treats and drinks, and the Gift Shop is a perfect place to do some springtime shopping.
- Rain, shine, or even snow — the event goes on! No ticket refunds or exchanges.
- No adult egg hunts.
- No pets permitted.
- This event does not currently have a sensory-friendly version.
- The estate is *ONLY* open for Easter events on this day - there will be no guided tours of the Manor House nor grounds-only admission offered.
