Vintage Base Ball

July 12 & 13 (Akron Cup) and Sept. 14
  • Bring blankets or lawn chairs and enjoy a match of vintage "base ball" on the Great Meadow as our home club, the Akron Black Stockings, competes against other vintage clubs.  Included in a "Gardens, Gate Lodge & Conservatory" admission.

Arrive by 4pm when the Front Gate closes
Sat. July 12 | 10 am-6pm | Matches begin at 10:30am, noon, 1:30pm, 3pm, 4:30pm (arrive by 4pm when the Front Gate closes)
Sun. July 13 | 10am-4pm | Matches begin at 10am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm
